Is it possible to experience the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and receive another gift besides speaking in tongues?

I thought we were Evangelical Christians. But one of the readings said that most Evangelicals are Cessationists, and said that the better term for us is Pentecostals. What does it mean to be an Evangelical Christian, and does being Pentecostal contradict that?

Is there historical precedent (tradition) that supports the Assembly of God doctrine on baptism in the Holy Spirit?
Does historical tradition against our doctrine outweigh tradition for it?

Is the initial evidence of speaking in tongues different from the "gift of tongues"/the ability to communicate truth in another language that is not your own? If so, why is it that we confuse these two things by calling them the same phrase? Is there a way to differentiate these terms?

How is it that the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are one yet, there's a distinct moment the Holy Spirit is said to have descended on Jesus in his baptism?

How can baptism in the Holy Spirit be at the same time as conversion when so many today are saved and baptized in water, but still don't operate in the gifts of the Spirit? I'm curious what Bird would say about the use of the gifts of the Spirit in baptism in the Spirit and filling of the Spirit.
